Mphasis F1 Foundation collaborates with AVAS/Arcause to raise awareness about the needs of women, children, the elderly, differently abled individuals, and other vulnerable groups. It works to educate the ACED community—Architects, Engineers, Designers, and others in the construction industry—on creating inclusive, barrier-free environments using Universal Design Principles. This is achieved through a collective march and related campaigns aimed at promoting inclusivity.

Mphasis has partnered with MAP for five years to enhance accessibility for persons with disabilities and senior citizens. It aims to create an inclusive environment by improving infrastructure, such as accessible websites, signage, and technology, and by developing educational and outreach programmes. The initiative also includes structural and interior modifications, guided by experts from the Diversity and Equal Opportunity Centre (DEOC).

Mphasis collaborates with The/Nudge Foundation to support its Centre for Social Innovation over four years. Through this partnership, it helps run incubation and accelerator programmes aimed at fostering innovation and empowering social enterprises.

Mphasis supports OGQ by focusing on the training and development of para-athletes, highlighting its commitment to inclusivity in sports. In partnership with OGQ, it provides financial assistance and specialised support to help Indian para-athletes excel in events like the Paralympics. This initiative offers access to top-tier coaching, advanced equipment, and rehabilitation services, empowering athletes to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Mphasis proudly backs OGQ as part of its CSR efforts through Digital Risk Mortgage Services LLC (DRMS).

Mphasis collaborates with Magic Bus to support children and young people in their transition from childhood to livelihood, helping them break the cycle of poverty. In partnership with Amazon Web Services, it offers a cloud practitioner certification program aimed at graduates from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. The program prepares participants for entry-level cloud computing roles and connects them with potential employers. It seeks to upskill 800 young graduates across three cities and four centres, providing them with opportunities for a better future.

Mphasis partners with IIT Madras to conduct fundamental and applied research in quantum technologies and establish a Quantum Lab aimed at addressing business and societal challenges. This collaboration strengthens India's position in quantum information, focusing on developing training programmes and resources for quantum computing education. Additionally, it aims to attract and nurture talent within the quantum ecosystem by offering top-up scholarships to select students, further contributing to the growth of the field.

Mphasis has partnered with Ashoka University to establish a laboratory focused on machine learning and computational thinking. The aim is to apply machine learning and design thinking to create impactful research papers and proof-of-concept systems with potential societal benefits. This lab serves as a hub for cutting-edge research and an innovative educational initiative, offering well-researched, pedagogy-based learning modules to Indian students. Ashoka University, located in Sonepat, Haryana, is a leading institution in India, known for its interdisciplinary education. It hosts over 2,000 students from across India and globally, taught by internationally renowned faculty.

Mphasis supports SOS Children's Villages of India, an organisation dedicated to the welfare of abandoned and parentless children, and to strengthening families and communities to prevent abandonment and social neglect. SOS India has worked in communities, particularly in disaster-affected and high-risk areas, providing support and hope to families. Through the "VIDYA" project, Mphasis has assisted 300 children by covering expenses such as admission fees, school fees, transport, books, uniforms, and other related costs, supporting their education and overall well-being.

With support from Mphasis F1 Foundation, VigyanShaala runs Program Kalpana, an online mentoring and career coaching fellowship aimed at guiding participants towards successful STEM careers. The program focuses on building individual development plans, enhancing self-efficacy, and providing research-grade experimental projects, helping fellows develop high confidence and a strong foundation for their careers in science and technology.

Mphasis, through its CSR strategy, focuses on enhancing educational outcomes for children. It has collaborated with the Akanksha Foundation for two years to provide quality education to children from low-income communities. The initiative emphasises strengthening academic skills while fostering socio-emotional development. It promotes critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students to support their holistic growth.

Additionally, the programme aims to improve students’ well-being and health, addressing factors that contribute to absenteeism. By creating a supportive environment, it helps ensure consistent attendance and engagement, empowering children to thrive both academically and personally.

Mphasis is contributing to United Way Bengaluru's "One Billion Drops" campaign, which focuses on rainwater conservation through the construction of percolation wells in Bengaluru. As part of this initiative, it is supporting the creation of 220 additional percolation wells at the Lalbagh Botanical Garden.

This effort builds on the 280 wells previously established by the campaign, aiming to extend coverage across the entire garden campus. The collaboration demonstrates a commitment to sustainable water management and urban environmental conservation.

Mphasis, in collaboration with United Way Bengaluru and the Department of Horticulture, Karnataka, is spearheading an innovative afforestation project. This initiative aims to establish a dense forest on an 11-acre plot within the Doddasaggere Botanical Garden in Koratagere, part of a larger 228-acre campus.

The project involves planting 100,000 dry deciduous tree saplings on the designated horticultural land. This effort reflects its commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable development, contributing to biodiversity and ecological balance in the region.

Mphasis has partnered with United Way Bengaluru to support the conservation of Yamare Lake. The initiative aims to improve groundwater levels, restore greenery, and enhance biodiversity in the area.

Aligned with Karnataka's Biodiversity, Forest Conservation, and Water Security policies, as well as the Karnataka Lake Conservation and Development Act 2014, this programme underscores its commitment to sustainable environmental practices and ecological restoration.

Mphasis has partnered with SOS Children's Village to support the installation of a solar grid at its Bhimtal campus. This initiative aims to reduce energy costs and promote the use of sustainable energy resources.

By advancing towards a Net Zero goal, the project aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It reflects its commitment to environmental sustainability and fostering long-term energy efficiency for community-focused organisations.
